Shipping Info
Orders are shipped on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings. If an order is placed after 12 PM MST on one of those days, your package will go out the next shipping day. Shipping times typically range from 3-10 business days. Ensure the address selected is a secure location. Rosy Rebellion is not responsible for stolen packages. You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address. On average, if a change needs to be made to your shipping address it can typically be done if requested within 2 hours after your order is placed. After that we cannot guarantee any address changes. Any packages that are returned will be subject to additional shipping costs. Please email any address change requests to: Kylie@RosyRebellion.com
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your item has shipped. Please not that delivery times do not include additional delays due to weather, weekends, or holidays.
Once an item is with the carrier please know it is out of my hands. If you have issues I will do everything in my power to help, but ultimately it is not in my control.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns MUST be requested within 7 days of delivery to: Hello@RosyRebellion.com.
CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE
ALL items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged.
Once the return is received, it will be inspected to ensure there are no damages, etc. Please allow 3 business days for this process.
Once an item is accepted for return you will be issues a refund via email in the form of store credit.
If an item is not accepted due to condition you have the option to pay to have it shipped back to you or it will be donated to a local women's shelter.
Exchanges: I will do everything I can to work with you on exchanges. I am a small business and so quantities are limited. If you love your item but would like to try another size, please email me at Hello@RosyRebellion.com.
